If you check the portal and see "Payment Pending"in October, it typically means your district's Q4 release has not yet been processed. Check again after 1–2 weeks or call 0800-26477.

NADRA Biometric Payment Update — October 2025

In November 2025, BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid officially launched the Social Protection Wallet — the expanded digital payment infrastructure for BISP. • Beneficiaries without a NADRA-registered SIM may receive a free SIM card through BISP offices as part of the wallet onboarding process
• 1LINK interoperability means payment agent networks at multiple banks are being integrated, increasing withdrawal access points

Re-verification Drive — October 2025

BISP conducts annual biometric re-verification drives to confirm beneficiary eligibility. October 2025 is typically the final push before Q4 payments, and beneficiaries who have not completed re-verification may have payments withheld.

Payment Amount for Q4 2025

The Benazir Kafaalat quarterly payment for Q4 2025 (October–December) was Rs 13,500 — this was the official rate in effect throughout 2025. The amount was increased to Rs 14,500 per quarter starting March 2026.

If your portal or payment records show Rs 13,500 for Q4 2025, that is correct — it was the accurate rate at that time. If you are a current beneficiary checking your balance today, your next quarterly payment should be Rs 14,500 (the current rate effective from March 2026 onwards).
