The Benazir Kafaalat quarterly payment for Q3 2025 (July–September) is Rs 14,500. • Portal shows “Payment Available” but ATM shows nothing: Allow 24–48 hours after the portal update — funds are released in batches and the ATM may reflect the credit slightly later than the portal.
• SMS received but fingerprint fails at ATM: Try a different HBL biometric ATM branch. If failure persists across multiple attempts, stop and visit your BISP district office — repeated failures block your CNIC.
• Status changed to “Ineligible” unexpectedly: This sometimes results from a data update during the dynamic registry refresh. Call the helpline 0800-26477 immediately for clarification before taking any further action.
• New beneficiary not yet showing: If you registered recently (within 3 months), your first payment may not be released until Q4. Check the portal weekly and keep visiting your BISP office for status updates.
